  • Booking information: name, country of residence, travel dates, number of adults and children, room preference and special requests.
  • Contact information: email address, phone and WhatsApp number.
  • Payment information: we do not store full card details. Payments are handled by payment providers or booking platforms; we receive only confirmation of payment and basic transaction references.
  • Website usage data: technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring page.
  • Correspondence: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

3. How we use your information

  • To process, confirm and deliver your booking, including sharing necessary details with the guides, hotels and transport suppliers involved.
  • To communicate with you before, during and after your trip.
  • To handle cancellations, changes, refunds and complaints.
  • To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
  • To maintain and improve the security and performance of this website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked to receive them.

4. Third-party booking platforms and suppliers

If you book through a third-party travel platform, that platform collects your data under its own privacy policy and shares with us the details needed to run your tour. Service suppliers (hotels, guides, drivers, boat operators) receive only the minimum information required, such as your name, party size and date.

6. Data retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to satisfy legal, accounting and tax retention requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
